How long will it take for my ByronGlow to arrive?

At ByronGlow, we’re committed to getting your glow delivered quickly, safely, and with care. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our LED devices.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

 

Standard Shipping:
• Delivery within 3–7 business days
• Flat rate calculated at checkout

 

Express Shipping:
• Delivery within 1–3 business days (metro areas)
• Available for an additional fee at checkout

Note: Delivery to remote or regional areas may take slightly longer.

 

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

International Shipping Policy

International Shipping

At this time, we offer shipping to selected international countries via Australia Post International.

Delivery times and rates vary by region.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.

 

 Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracked shipping. You can track your parcel using the Australia Post tracking link provided in your confirmation email. If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of purchase, please contact us at hello@byronglow.com.

 

Shipping Delays & Issues

While we aim to dispatch quickly, delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control such as courier delays or weather events. If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ByronGlow is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly submitted addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, re-shipping costs will apply.

Refunds Policy

Refunds Policy
We accept returns requests up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@byronglow.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at hello@byronglow.com. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
